President & CEO
Jim joined PMA in 2020 and brings 25+ years of financial and operational leadership from Fortune 250 and middle-market companies. As President & CEO, Jim is responsible for operational leadership and leading the charge of the Company’s growth strategy for the benefit of PMA’s customers, employees, and investors. Jim is passionate about ensuring the Company’s commitment to Quality, Integrity, and products Made in the USA.Jim graduated from the University of Northern Iowa and began his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young. He lives north of Phoenix with his wife of 25+ years, they have three children, and enjoy all the outdoor activities Arizona offers.


Operations Manager
Mikala has been with PMA since April 2019. She currently oversees the company's Digital Marketing, IT Maintenance, Customer Service, Graphics, Shipping, Printing, and Packaging. She is originally from Brookfield, Wisconsin, and earned her BS in Marketing from Marquette University in Milwaukee. When she's not at work, Mikala enjoys baking and spending time with all of her pets.


Rich joined the PMA team as the Controller in November 2022. He has an accounting degree from Grand Canyon University and has worked in accounting/finance roles for nearly 20 years. Rich enjoys traveling with his wife and two sons, and he spends much of his free time coaching baseball.


Manufacturing Manager
Ron has accumulated 25 years with PMA and began his career in etch operations and as General Manager for nearly 15 of those years. Ron also built experience with Johnsonville Sausage as the Maintenance Lead for 5 years before returning to PMA in January 2024 to lead manufacturing and quality. Ron holds certificates and has training in AS9100 Lead Auditor Training, TPC Maintenance Program including Fundamentals, Electricity and Mechanical. Ron and his wife have three wonderful children and thoroughly enjoy spoiling their dogs, spending time with family and friends, and gaming.


Commercial Sales Manager
In January 2020, Ray returned to PMA – where he has nearly 15 years of experience leading the commercial sales for PMA Photometals. Ray cherishes working with customers – and his dedication to customer service is second to none. He looks forward to working with customers on their needs and looking at finished products and saying, “Wow, we made that”! Outside of work, Ray enjoys golf and spending time with family and friends.
