The success candidate will handle initial shipping both domestically and internationally. When necessary, this candidate will cross-train and participate in other aspects of the business.

Responsibilities:

· Monitor merchandise leaving the warehouse

· Assemble and fill boxes and other cartons with items that need to be shipped

· Properly pack and organize all shipments in a safe and timely manner

· Ensure all documents, invoices and purchase order are accurate

· Basic cleaning, organizing and labeling products in warehouse

· Arrange shipments via multiple websites including Federal Express, USPS, DHL, and other vendors

· Contact carrier(s) and schedule shipping for each package

· Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed

Requirements:

· High school diploma

· 1+ years’ experience in retail or e-commerce

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

· Must understand and know how to use Outlook, and internet

· Capable of working a consistent schedule from 7 am until 4 pm Monday thru Friday

INDUSTRIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE 

PHOTOMETALS – a division of PMA Industries is North America’s largest photochemical milling firm and is in search of an experienced, driven and energetic Industrial Sales Representative to further support its growth in the aerospace, automotive, medical, oil and gas, utilities and equipment manufacturing (OEM) industries.  Individuals with experience supporting technical sales in any or all of these industries may make you a successful candidate. Currently seeking candidates in the following markets: Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, Pittsburg, Cleveland, and Atlanta.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying customer leads; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information; understanding technical quotations and capable of communicating with customers in a professional manner
  • Sales prospecting and lead generation for your territory by researching prospective client’s products, industry and company to better prepare for presentations and sales calls.

Duties and Responsibilities

Must be familiar, comfortable, and experienced with laser operations using oxygen and nitrogen.

Produce metal parts to customer specifications using laser equipment (Amada, Boss, others).  Required to set and program laser equipment for specific custom jobs.  Experience working with a variety of computer file types would be helpful.

Experience operating sabre/router equipment for metal preparation, working and finishing.  Additional experience in using hand and powered sanders, shears, and other related metalworking/metal finishing operations is helpful.

Other shop duties, as required.
