PMA has been a manufacturer of products using high grade metals, servicing a wide array of customers including aerospace and equipment manufacturers, arts and crafts businesses, designers, architects and builders, sign companies, logistical partners and more.

Today we are the largest chemical metal etching company in North America providing products and services both domestically and internationally. We currently have multiple divisions covering the following core areas: etched metal cutting dies and craft related tools and supplies for crafts and creative industries (paper crafts, mixed media arts, DIY home, sewing, quilting and soft arts), private label arts and crafts products, commercial signage, and aerospace and equipment specialized parts and plates.

PMA is currently in need of Inspectors to assist in quality verification of its dies as the demand increases in production of dies.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality assessments of incoming product and separate nonconforming or faulty product.
  • Reject product that does not meet criteria or customer expectations and specifications.
  • Use inspection equipment to ensure capture of defects and escapes to other departments and customers.
  • Document inspection outcomes.
  • Offer recommendations and strategies to improve quality metrics.
  • Relay information to quality assurance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma
  • Applicant must be a self-driven individual with a knack for multi-tasking to operate in high-paced environment.
  • Experience in the manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience using inspection equipment such as optic comparators and magnification scopes preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Wage is DOE starting at $12.50/Hr
  • Medical and dental upon completion of probationary period.
  • Overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material
  • Assist laminators, sanders, clippers or packagers other tradespeople on-site
  • Handle and transport materials and equipment
  • Use power tools and machinery when needed
  • Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
  • Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions

Requirements:

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds etc.)

INDUSTRIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE 

PHOTOMETALS – a division of PMA Industries is North America’s largest photochemical milling firm and is in search of an experienced, driven and energetic Industrial Sales Representative to further support its growth in the aerospace, automotive, medical, oil and gas, utilities and equipment manufacturing (OEM) industries.  Individuals with experience supporting technical sales in any or all of these industries may make you a successful candidate. Currently seeking candidates in the following markets: Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, Pittsburg, Cleveland, and Atlanta.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying customer leads; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information; understanding technical quotations and capable of communicating with customers in a professional manner
  • Sales prospecting and lead generation for your territory by researching prospective client’s products, industry and company to better prepare for presentations and sales calls.
  • Use telephone, email, in-person or video conference meetings to remain engaged with prospective and existing customers
  • Work with in-house sales support team to manage leads, quotes and orders in the pipeline
  • Track and monitor sources of leads and incoming quotes to provide feedback to in-house sales support team to better support your efforts in identifying new lead opportunities

Responsibilities:
